About this property
Every trip, the campground gets paid and you go home with nothing. Here, you'd be heading to your own 1.25 acres in Arizona: the same stars, and every payment goes toward land that's yours. $99 down, then $99/mo for 36 months (about $3.25 a day), or $2,799 cash. No bank. No credit check. Not ready to decide? Text or message us your number for the free property report: photos, map, GPS and county contacts. No pressure. WHY IT MATTERS • Under $350 to start ($99 down + $249 doc fee): the easiest way in we offer. • Paid off in 3 years, with no penalty for finishing sooner. • 1.25 flat acres, nearly a football field: room for the RV and truck, with no dirt work. • County-mapped road along the lot line: drive right up to your spot. • Taxes about $14 a year: almost nothing to hold. • Above 5,000 ft: far cooler than Phoenix when the valley bakes. • Zoned A-General: the county allows an RV with a county RV permit. • FEMA Flood Zone X: no flood insurance required. WHERE IT IS About 7 miles to Holbrook and Route 66. About 17 miles to Petrified Forest National Park, a certified International Dark Sky Park (straight line). How Financing Works
Pay your down payment plus the $249 document fee by card through GeekPay (our secure payment processor). That reserves the parcel and takes it off the market, and we send your written purchase agreement for e-signature, usually the same day.
You have 48 hours to review and sign your purchase agreement. If you don’t sign, or you ask for your money back before you sign, we refund the whole reservation. Once signed, you are the owner-in-contract and can start visiting and using the land.
Payments are auto-drafted via ACH on the same day each month. No late fees as long as the draft clears. Pay off early any time with zero penalty.
Once the financed total is paid in full, we record the deed with the county and mail you the original. Typical timeline: 2-3 weeks after final payment.
If within 60 days you decide the land isn't for you, your principal payments are refunded as long as your account is current. Once your agreement is signed, the down payment and $249 document fee are non-refundable; before you sign, a reservation is fully refundable.
