By accessing or using the LandQuest Florida website (landquestflorida.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

LandQuest Florida LLC is a land sales company. We acquire vacant land and resell it directly to buyers, often with owner financing options. Our website provides property listings, pricing information, and the ability to contact us about available properties.

All property listings are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listing details (including but not limited to acreage, access, zoning, flood zone status, and pricing) are error-free. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before purchasing. Property availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Property purchases involve risk, and you should consult with appropriate professionals before making purchasing decisions. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers — we sell properties we own directly to buyers.

Owner financing terms displayed on our website (including down payments, monthly payments, and term lengths) are estimates and may vary. Final terms are established in the purchase agreement between buyer and seller. All financing arrangements are subject to approval and execution of a written contract.

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to qualifying purchases as described at the time of sale. The guarantee covers refund of monthly principal payments only. Down payments, document preparation fees, and servicing setup fees are non-refundable. Full terms of the guarantee are detailed in the purchase agreement.

You reserve a parcel by paying its down payment plus the $249 document fee by card on the parcel page. The reservation takes the parcel off the market, and we send your written purchase agreement for electronic signature, usually the same day. You have 48 hours to sign it. If you do not sign within 48 hours, or you ask for your money back before you sign, we refund the full reservation amount. Once the purchase agreement is signed, it governs, and the refund terms above apply.

If you tick the optional text-message box on one of our forms, or text us first, LandQuest Florida may send you non-marketing customer care text messages about your inquiry, property details and listing links, appointment confirmations and reminders, and your reservation or purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP we send one confirmation and no further texts. You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LandQuest Florida LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of property. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific property in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
